Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable booking fee of £100 is payable in advance to secure your date. This booking fee amount will be deducted from the full balance as per original quote. By paying the booking fee you agree to accept all terms and conditions.

PLEASE NOTE- The wedding date is not secured until the booking fee payment has been received.

The payment must be made within 48 hours of the documentation being sent to you to secure your booking or it may be booked by another bridal party.

Quotations are valid for 14 days from the day it is sent to the prospective bride, Maria McNally Hair Studio reserves the right to amend the quotation after the 14 days have passed.

Once a trial date has been agreed, payment for this will need to be paid by bank transfer one week before the trial date.

Trials are to be held in my studio, should you wish I come to you then this can be arranged at a fee.

I allocate two hours and thirty minutes per trial, however if additional time is required then this will be charged at £15 per thirty minutes.

There is a minimum booking charge of £245 which would include a bride and two bridal party, should the party be less than this then it will still be charged at the minimum fee.

Once you are happy with the quote, an invoice for the booking fee will be sent, payable within 48 hours of being sent. One month before the date an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent, this will need to be paid within one week.

Depending on the time available and number of guests requiring hair services I may need an additional stylist to assist me. This service will be at an additional charge of £100.

Should you need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, if I am available then your booking fee may be transferred to a new date. However, you may incur additional charges when moving to another year. Should I be unavailable for your new date I will recommend another stylist, but the booking fee remains non-refundable.

If you have chosen to book me for the whole day until 6pm at a rate of £450, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure this service. It is not secured until this has been paid.

should you require my services at one venue and then change to a different location there will be a £30 venue change charge applied.

The client will be required to cover travel expenses such as mileage and parking. For any bookings further than two hours away from MK41, a hotel will be required and will be included in my quotation.

For destination weddings, flights, transfers, accommodation and parking both in the UK and the wedding destination will be provided by the client and will be included in my quotation.

The client agrees that photographs taken by me or the photographer that include hair styling may be used for business posts on social media and website.

PLEASE NOTE THAT BY SECURING YOUR BOOKING BY PAYING THE BOOKING FEE, THE CLIENT CONFIRMS THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTS ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

If you require a second trial, full trial rate will apply.

Travel expenses may apply depending on the location of you and your stylist.

Travel is charged at £0.50p per mile after 10 miles from MK41, plus congestion charge and parking if applicable.

If you are having a destination wedding and are getting married abroad I can travel to you.
